How does one get documents such as the one you got from on the MNC or for instance the MMF, here in Manitoba?
Truth is - I received it from someone who attended the MNC Assembly in Ottawa. The documents though are part of reports that go to the Federal and Provincial departments for the reporting requirements for the public funding that is received. These are also available through a request to Freedom of Information to the various departments.
I do believe Manitoba did have a financial statement disseminated at their last annual meeting and this year if you attend - you should be able to access that.
